How we recruit
You'll start your application online with our application form and numerical and verbal reasoning tests. At this stage you will also be invited to our online candidate community 'Grant Thornton: I've applied' - this is a space where you can connect with other applicants and get top tips from recruiters, trainees and others going through the process. Our interview stage consists of a digital video assessment which can be taken in a time and location that suits you. The final stage is an assessment day held in one of our offices. You'll spend the day taking part in a group exercise, manager interview and partner case study meeting.

Our recruiting timeline
We recruit throughout the year and fill our vacancies on a rolling basis. Early application is advisable as our most popular locations and business units fill quickly.

Typical career paths and progress
Most of our trainees undertake a professional qualification as part of their training. Once qualified, this is your ticket to go anywhere in our business and beyond.
