How we recruit
Applications for all Pause roles will be shortlisted by an interview panel. Those selected will be invited to attend a 1-2hr assessment. The top scoring applicants following the assessment are invited back to interview, and we communicate the next steps for all applicants via email.

What we look for in a graduate
Overall
Someone passionate and motivated about changing entrenched social issues who will respond by ‘doing things differently’ - committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable and marginalised groups. Someone flexible, enthusiastic and collaborative in their work.

Role specific – for the Communications & Events Coordinator:
We are looking for a confident, tenacious, enthusiastic, creative and multi-talented individual to lead on a range of media, digital and events responsibilities. They will act as the first point of call for Pause contacts and queries and will have demonstrable experience of the world of Communications and PR. They will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively use words images and digital to communicate the Pause Story.

For the Analyst:
We are looking for a professional, precise, motivated individual to lead on analysis and data.
They will have gained a first or 2:1 degree and have a background in social and development sectors. They will be experienced in data interrogation, able to identify trends to inform strategic development and develop the appropriate narrative to compliment the data.
