How we recruit
Please send us your CV and a brief explanation of why you'd like to work for us. We then ask applicants to complete a series of online tests (numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, inductive reasoning, and a personality questionnaire). The reason we ask applicants to complete these tests is that research shows a strong correlation between people who achieve high scores and high-performing employees. But as a budding business psychologist you already knew that didn't you!
What we look for in a graduate
As well as having a genuine interest in psychology and psychological research, we look for conscientiousness, resilience, and self-motivation. The best candidates will have an excellent command of the English language.
